Chris Twiggs is a South Dakota broker who works both sides of real estate: helping clients buy and sell through Blair Allen Luxury Real Estate, and managing their rentals through Blair Allen Property Management.
As President & Broker of Blair Allen Property Management, Chris brings deep experience in the Black Hills real estate market. A Rapid City resident since 1998, he's built a reputation for client-centered service, local expertise, and results grounded in integrity and attention to detail: guiding sellers to top value through strategic pricing and marketing, and helping buyers secure the right property with accurate valuations and smooth transactions.
In property management, Chris delivers hassle-free solutions that maximize returns for owners, from tenant screening and maintenance to lease renewals, with clear communication every step of the way. Blair Allen Property Management serves owners across South Dakota and Montana.
Outside of work, Chris is a proud father to two teen daughters and loves exploring the Black Hills together: hiking Elk Creek, playing in Rapid Creek, and adventuring through the Badlands.
